• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science is required.
• Experience and qualifications vary by level (II/III/IV) as described in minimum qualifications.
• Valid US driver’s license and Professional Engineer license are required.
• Graduate level education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Assists Area Engineers with construction contract administration matters.
• Reviews traffic control plans and contract submissions; monitors progress and disputes.
• Makes presentations and represents TxDOT with officials and public.
• Conducts pre-construction meetings, public hearings, and site visits to project locations.
