The internship may transition into a full‑time junior engineer role after graduation. The selected candidate will work under project managers and senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience with data collection, planning, and reporting, and participating in mentoring and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support project tasks including regulatory requirements, cost estimates, research, and procurement support.
• Perform data entry, management, evaluation, and presentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, plans, and specifications for clients.
• May work on field assignments as needed.
• Be supported by leaders and teammates.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
