Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required (TX PELS preferred).
• At least 4 years of engineering/transportation experience.
• Experience in planning, design, construction, or traffic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction and maintenance plans.
• Review utility and access permits and construction plans.
• Coordinate with officials, contractors, utilities, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist project managers with resource assignments, schedules, and procurement.
