We are seeking a Transportation Engineer to join our client's team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you'll assist in the planning, analysis, and design of a wide range of transportation projects — from roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation to intersection and traffic improvement efforts across the state.

What You'll Do:

• Support transportation design projects by preparing technical calculations, drawings, figures, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct geometric, drainage, and pavement design calculations.
• Analyze data including reports, maps, tests, and topographic/hydrologic information to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with other engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take initiative to solve problems while being encouraged to ask questions and learn.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the project team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (accredited program).
• EIT certification in Indiana (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
