Position Details
  • Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN
  • Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
  2. Conduct on-site investigations and recommend improvements.
  3. Develop design plans using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
  4. Assist in preparing project quantities and cost estimates.
  5. Perform quality control reviews of plans and calculations.
  6. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Ability to learn and interpret INDOT Design Manual and Specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years in civil heavy highway project inspection.
  • Experience with INDOT or federally funded LPA projects.
  • Ability to obtain PE licensure within 4 years.
