Job summary

HDR is seeking an Transportation EIT to join our team in delivering high-quality roadway projects in urban and rural settings. You will collaborate with project engineers to develop detailed designs, alignments, drainage and plan development for transportation projects.

You will contribute to technical reports and calculations using MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Bentley/Open Roads/Civil 3D toolsets while thriving in HDR's employee-owned culture that values inclusion and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD; familiarity with Highway/ Roads software such as Bentley ConceptStation, Open Roads Designer, InfraWorks and Civil3D.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is required.
• Strong teamwork and reliable performance on design projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects.
• Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, and development of plans and construction estimates.
• Provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
