Job summary

HDR's Highway Design Coordinator role invites you to join a team of engineers and designers delivering urban and rural roadway projects. You will contribute to alignment, profile, drainage, and construction estimates as part of a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD, experience with Bentley Open Roads and InfraWorks or Civil3D, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. EIT candidates encouraged to advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Willingness to obtain EIT certification for career progression.
• Experience with highway design software and civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project engineers on detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects.
• Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimates.
• Provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
