Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• STNA certification required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Ambulates residents and assist with mobility plans of care.
• Schedule medical appointments and transport residents to and from meals, activities, and therapy.
• Assist, supervise and feed residents at mealtimes.
