Aventura at Carriage Inn in Dayton, OH is seeking a dependable, compassionate Driver to provide safe transportation for residents. You will follow safety rules, assist with mobility, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding a professional, caring environment.

Responsibilities include transporting residents to appointments and activities, maintaining clean vehicles, documenting schedules, and communicating with families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in resident transportation or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activities, errands, and outings.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Follow transportation/safety regulations and conduct routine vehicle checks.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle and accurate transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.
• Provide compassionate assistance throughout the transportation process.
