Job summary

Rae-Ann Suburban, Inc. is seeking a part-time/PRN driver to transport residents to appointments, activities, and emergency transports as directed.

The role requires adherence to state and facility safety policies. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, a valid driver license in good standing, is at least 25 years old, and has sufficient English proficiency to document activities.

Job description

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activity functions, and in emergency transport situations as directed. Follows all regulatory state and facility safety policies.

Education/Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.


• CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.


• Must possess a valid driver license, in good standing as determined by the State of Ohio, and must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age.


• Must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, communicate with the residents and complete required documentation.


• Must meet Community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Shift & Wage:

• Part-Time and PRN (as needed) Opportunity Available


• Shifts Needed: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8A to 4P. On Call or As needed for resident appointments.


• Wage: Starting at $18, depends on experience
