Job summary

The Center at Grande is seeking a part-time weekend Transportation Driver to join our team in Tyler, Texas. You will transport residents to and from appointments, ensuring safe and timely travel for our residents.

This role supports a caring, patient-focused culture with rotating on-call weekends and opportunities for growth. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, along with a high school diploma or GED.

• Transport residents to and from appointments
• Comply with standards of business conduct, and state/federal regulations and guidelines
• Participate in all life safety and emergency drills and trainings
• Report work-related injuries and illnesses immediately to supervisor.
• Follow established infection control policies and procedures.
• Complete all assigned training and skills competency
