Job summary

Environmental Restoration LLC in Bloomfield, Connecticut is seeking a Transportation & Disposal (T&D) Coordinator. The ideal candidate will manage multiple contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant hazardous waste regulations. Responsibilities include preparing waste profiles, technical reports, and coordinating transportation activities.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience, and a strong background in hazardous waste management and regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of technical experience in hazardous waste identification.
Strong understanding of state and federal transportation regulations.
Experience with waste profile and manifest preparation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage hazardous waste profiles and manifests.
Ensure compliance with hazardous materials transportation regulations.
Provide cost-effective disposal options and prepare technical reports.

Skills

Knowledge of hazardous waste management

Technical report writing

Analytical skills for waste characterization

Ability to manage multiple contracts

Knowledge of EPA regulations

Education

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
