gategroup in Denver, CO is seeking a Transportation Dispatcher to serve as the primary administrative support for our major client's operations, handling data from custom screens, preparing driver run sheets for each flight, and coordinating drivers to gates and flights.

The role requires 2+ years office or warehouse experience, supervision experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. You will monitor flight changes, log customer calls, and help resolve issues on the ramp.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years general office/warehouse experience.
• 1 year directing the work of others; 1-2 years shipping/receiving preferred.
• Able to drive on the ramp and maintain calm in a high-pressure environment.
• Detail oriented with strong data and status communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from custom screens and prepare driver run sheets per flight.
• Assign drivers to gates and flights and monitor departures.
• Ensure cooler/meals contents meet customer specs and act as QA specialist.
• Log flight, gate, meal orders, and changes; relay flight changes to drivers.
• Serve as backup supervisor on the ramp and resolve customer problems.
• Log calls, concerns and complaints and recommend resolutions.
• Rotate between day and night shifts as needed.
