Job summary

WSP is seeking an Asset Intelligence & Digital Twin Specialist to support transportation infrastructure clients with digital asset ecosystems, BIM, reality capture, and data interoperability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years delivering digital delivery, BIM, asset information management, digital twin, or interoperability initiatives in infrastructure.
• Knowledge of BIM, BIM-GIS integration, CDEs, ISO 19650 information management principles.
• LiDAR processing and UAS/drone imagery workflows, reality mesh development, and point cloud integration.
• Applied experience with transportation infrastructure modeling and asset management programs.
• Proficiency with digital delivery and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop transportation digital twins for roadway, bridge, tunnel, tolling, and infrastructure assets.
• Create workflows integrating BIM, GIS, engineering, reality capture, and asset management into connected digital environments.
• Develop asset information structures supporting planning through operations and maintenance.
• Help clients shift from project-centric to enterprise asset intelligence information management.
