Job summary

WSP seeks an experienced Asset Intelligence & Digital Twin Specialist to develop, implement, and operationalize digital asset ecosystems for transportation infrastructure. Role spans BIM, reality capture, geospatial integration, and open standards to connect engineering, construction, operations, and asset management data.

The candidate will lead interoperable workflows, support data governance, and help transition clients toward enterprise asset intelligence across lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, GIS, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience supporting digital delivery, BIM, asset information management, or interoperability initiatives in infrastructure programs.
• Knowledge of BIM, BIM-GIS integration, CDE implementation, and ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Knowledge of LiDAR processing, UAS imagery workflows, photogrammetry, reality mesh development, and point cloud integration.
• Experience applying advanced modeling to transportation infrastructure across multiple datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of transportation digital twins for roadway, bridge, tunnel, tolling, and operational assets.
• Establish workflows that integrate BIM, GIS, engineering, reality capture, and asset management information into connected digital environments.
• Develop digital asset information structures supporting planning through maintenance lifecycles.
• Assist clients in transitioning from project-centric to enterprise asset intelligence frameworks.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Asset Management/Geomatics/GIS/Construction Management/Architecture/Information Management or related discipline
