Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Asset Intelligence & Digital Twin Specialist to advance digital asset ecosystems for transportation clients. You will design and implement interoperable workflows connecting BIM, GIS, reality capture, and asset management across the asset lifecycle.

The role emphasizes practical data interoperability, digital asset information management, and digital twin enablement within Infrastructure programs, collaborating with DOTs and project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Engineering, Asset Management, Geomatics, GIS, Construction Management, Architecture or Information Management).
  • 10+ years delivering digital delivery, BIM, asset information management, digital twin, or interoperability in infrastructure programs.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM‑GIS integration, CDE, ISO 19650 and digital delivery principles.
  • Experience with LiDAR processing, UAS imagery workflows, photogrammetry, reality meshes, and point clouds.
  • Proven ability to integrate engineering, geospatial, reality capture, and asset management information across interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transportation digital twins for roads, bridges, tunnels, tolling, and operational assets.
  • Create workflows integrating BIM, GIS, reality capture, and asset management into connected environments.
  • Define asset information structures supporting planning through maintenance and handover.
  • Advise clients on enterprise asset intelligence and digital handover practices.
