Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Asset Intelligence & Digital Twin Specialist to develop and operationalize digital asset ecosystems for transportation infrastructure. You will connect engineering, BIM, GIS, reality capture and asset management to create enterprise asset intelligence across lifecycles.

The role emphasizes data interoperability, CDE/EAM integration, and digital delivery within DOT programs, with a focus on transforming project data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in digital delivery, BIM, asset information management, and interoperability within infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, BIM-GIS integration, CDE and ISO 19650 principles.
• Experience with LiDAR, UAS imagery, photogrammetry, reality meshes, and point clouds.
• Applied expertise in transportation infrastructure and asset lifecycle information.
• Proficiency with digital delivery platforms (Bentley, Autodesk) and interoperability tools.
• Experience with reality capture software (ContextCapture, Pix4D, ReCap, etc.).
• Geospatial software expertise (ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise, FME) and data exchange.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-system asset information across life cycles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation digital twins for roads, bridges, tunnels and tolling.
• Create workflows integrating BIM, GIS, reality capture and asset management data.
• Define asset information models and digital handover processes.
• Support enterprise asset intelligence and CDE/EAM integrations.
• Design information exchange workflows between engineering, geospatial and asset systems.
• Assist in workshops, roadmaps, pilots and governance frameworks.
• Help clients transition to enterprise asset intelligence and digital delivery standards.
