Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with transportation design technology.
• 7+ years implementing CAD/BIM on transportation projects.
• Advanced experience with Bentley OpenRoads/OpenBridge/ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation digital delivery support for highway, bridge, and related projects.
• Establish, maintain, document, and implement CAD/BIM standards and workflows.
• Support project teams with kickoff planning, file/model management, and delivery requirements.
• Administer Bentley ProjectWise environments, including workspace configuration and permissions.
• Provide technical leadership for CAD/BIM applications and tools.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to resolve technical issues.
• Audit projects for compliance with LDG standards and client requirements.
• Develop tools, checklists, and repeatable workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
• Identify and lead technology and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver CAD/BIM training and documentation for transportation teams.
• Mentor staff in CAD/BIM workflows and digital delivery practices.
• Work with IT to resolve application and data management issues.
• Maintain awareness of emerging digital delivery practices and apply improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage priorities and deadlines.
