Your Opportunity
Stantec’s New England Transportation group has an immediate need for a highly motivated Senior Transportation Design Manager with 15 years of experience working on mid-size to large roadway/highway/bridge design projects. This position is flexible between our Burlington MA office and remote work. Our Burlington MA office at Blue Sky Center offers unrivaled amenities including an on-site fitness center, walking paths, secure bicycle storage, indoor and outdoor courts and games, golf simulator, café, and EV charging stations. The office is close to the Burlington Mall and Routes 3, 62 and 128 with ample on-site parking and plenty of lunch options nearby.
This is an excellent opportunity to pursue and manage progressive engineering projects of varying scale and complexity in Massachusetts and throughout New England. You will oversee pursuits, technical employees, work planning, technical design management and oversight, project delivery, quality management, contract administration, change management, and risk management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field. Post graduate degree preferred
MA Licensed Professional Engineer
