Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in MA or RI, with reciprocity anticipated.
• 10–20 years of experience with state DOTs or municipal clients preferred.
• Strong leadership, client relations, and project delivery skills.
