Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.

• Experience with design-build or alternative delivery.
• Strong understanding of DOT standards and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development for large-scale transportation infrastructure projects in a design-build environment.
• Serve as the main liaison between internal design teams, contractors, and clients.
• Manage design schedules, deliverables, and quality control to meet milestones.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (roadway, structures, drainage, traffic, utilities, environmental).
• Support pursuit strategies and proposal development for new design-build opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, design scope, and change management throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and project requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative project culture.
