Qualifications

• 8+ years of roadway or transportation design experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of employment or ability to obtain.
• Proven experience managing INDOT or municipal roadway projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge design projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with subconsultants, clients, and reviewing agencies.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
