Required: Civil engineering degree, 4+ years roadway design, and active PE or ability to obtain PE in Florida; strong skills in Microstation, AutoCAD, and related design tools. This role offers hybrid in-office collaboration in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Florida PE registration or ability to obtain PE.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience with roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate contract drawings on schedule and within budget to meet client needs.
• Assist Lead Roadway Designer with client interaction, scope/fee development, and business development tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external project teams.
• Manage own career path and take on additional responsibilities.
