Stantec seeks a Transportation Engineer-in-Training to join our Mandan or Fargo, ND offices. You’ll support transportation design projects under close supervision, performing plans, calculations, and cost estimates per established codes and standards.

You will work with cross-disciplinary teams using MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD Civil 3D to deliver highway, bridge, and rail-related infrastructure.

Competenze

• BS in Engineering with civil/transportation emphasis is required.
• EIT certification in North Dakota or ability to obtain within 6 months is required.
• 0–2 years of related work experience or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Assist with preparation of construction plans, estimates, and other deliverables for transportation projects.
• Prepare project designs and deliverables in compliance with standards and QA practices.
• Coordinate with design team, track scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Document project meetings and client communications.
• Support designs for highways, streets, bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure.
