Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing multiple projects and plans under supervision.
• Perform work involving plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment, including calculations and interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate work across disciplines and assist in preparing progress reports and supervising small projects.
• Maintain good communication skills; self-motivated and dynamic.
• Preferred EIT or PE certification; ability to obtain PE within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• 2-4 years of design experience.
• Pre-employment drug screening; background and motor vehicle checks may be required.

Performance Expectations

• Complete training and support backup personnel.
• Adhere to all policies, ensure ISO compliance, and meet project budgets and deadlines.
• Attend meetings, coordinate with teams, and operate within budget parameters.
• Conduct site visits, prepare designs, and review technical documents.
