Job Summary:

Plans and coordinates administrative, and operational activities ofa defined, program or set of funded activities. Programs areusually focused to a single purpose, may be scientific, research,educational, or service oriented, and may exist as a subset of anintegrated funded program activity. Duties typically includeassisting with research dealing with the Safe Streets and Roads forAll (SS4A) grant, fiscal, budgetary, and/or other associatedtransactions, program implementation and administration, internaland external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing,and reporting and outreach with campus constituents.

Job Description:

• Provides specialized support in the development,implementation, and marketing of program function.
• Serves as a central point of contact between students, faculty,staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies onday-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters;assists with seminars, meetings, special projects, and/or generalproblem resolution.
• Coordinates activities of support staff, consultants, faculty,and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration ofprogram objectives.
• Monitors and administers program/project revenues and expenses;may develop or participate in the development of funding proposalsfor the program.
• Writes, edits, and coordinates development of SS4A documents,promotional materials, educational materials, contributes tonewsletters, as appropriate to the program.
• Maintains program/project records, research information andgathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-timereports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevantdata from a variety of sources.
• Continuous operational monitoring – bottlenecks, blind spots,speeding, pedestrian concerns, near misses, etc., from an analysisviewpoint.
• Trainings and Collaborations – ASB, orientation, first-yearclasses, Public Relations, GameDay Ops, UPD, FM, Academia,etc.
• Accessibility & Sustainability – this person advocates foraccessibility and sustainability within transportation initiativeson campus.
• Grant writing – the person should be capable of researchingP&T grant opportunities, leading and engaging with fundingopportunities, and applying for them.

Job Responsibilities:
