Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager for its Innovative Pursuits Team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead transportation structures design efforts on DB and PDB pursuits, coordinating with discipline leads and acting as a core member of the project delivery team.

The role requires 10+ years in transportation structures design and 5+ years leading design teams, plus 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience. Strong communication and a client-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years of leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural discipline engineering teams for Transportation projects (freeways, interchanges, highways).
• Coordinate with other discipline leads to ensure integrated designs.
• Be an integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead structural design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantity tasks.
• Utilize standard bridge industry software effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Commitment to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, staff, and management.
• Meet project deadlines and grow professionally with each project.
