Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager to guide transportation structures design within the Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead multidisciplinary engineers, drive deliverables, and manage client communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience in transportation structures, and a proven ability to lead teams on complex DB/PDB projects across the Mountain West region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Ability to lead in a team environment and coordinate with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural discipline teams for transportation projects on DB/PDB pursuits.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and manage delivery.
• Oversee design, analysis, reports, plans, specs, and quantity tasks.
• Use standard bridge design software to produce drawings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet deadlines.
