Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager in the Denver area to guide a Transportation team on DB/PDB pursuits and projects. You will lead roadway design, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure delivery within schedule and budget.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in transportation design, 5+ years leading roadway design, and 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience. Expect collaboration across teams and opportunities for regional impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current PE license; preferred in UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Be an integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analyses, studies, reports, plans and quantities.
• Utilize Microstation/OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D as applicable.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Be available for local and Rocky Mountain Region projects.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal client communications.
• Meet project deadlines and contribute to team growth.
