Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Advanced Excel with data validation, pivots, and reporting is required.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and business reporting tools.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities with limited oversight.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume transportation environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across operations, dispatch, accounting, and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation accounts payable processes, including invoice review, entry, validation, issue resolution, and payment support
• Review and validate driver activity and compliance data within Geotab
• Verify freight rates and billing accuracy while validating Targa Transport and third-party carrier activity
• Collaborate with field operations, dispatch, management, and third-party partners to investigate and resolve load discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer, location, route, mileage, carrier, and driver master data within Chorus
• Partner with dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate driver and carrier data entry to support month-end close activities
• Provide administrative support for transportation analysts and dispatch operations, including order entry, reporting, and data management
• Manage supplier portal activities, including vendor onboarding, maintenance, and support
• Maintain transportation equipment records and related documentation files
• Monitor and manage driver licensing, qualification, and compliance requirements
• Support process improvement initiatives, audits, and special projects as assigned
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support transportation operations
• Other duties as assigned
