Job summary

Corovan is seeking a Transportation Coordinator III in San Leandro to manage commercial projects, enter and track work orders, and coordinate with customers, operations, and vendors. You will generate reports, confirm costs, and serve as the gatekeeper for blue file projects while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related industry experience and/or training.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Valid California driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receives work requests and verifies information; ensures accuracy.
• Takes ownership of customer relationships and maintains satisfaction.
• Enters and converts orders in Order Entry System per policy.
• Communicates changes to customers and internal teams.
• Produces reports and maintains project documentation.
