Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio CDL Class C with a good driving record and current auto insurance; DOT physical required
• Effective communication skills in English; adequate sight/hearing or prosthetics to meet job requirements
• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work independently and harmoniously with team members and the public; capable of making independent decisions
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and maturity to handle residents appropriately
• Up-to-date vaccinations

As a Transportation Coordinator, you will:

• Drive ERS buses and vehicles for various trips
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws
• Assist residents with entering/exiting vehicles and packages
• Maintain communication and trip documentation
• Manage vehicle maintenance and appearance
• Report incidents and participate in activities and meetings
• Provide excellent customer service
