QVC Group, a live social shopping company, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support inbound and outbound load plans at the Suffolk, VA distribution center. The role requires onsite work from Suffolk, VA and involves coordinating yard movements, tracking cube usage, and generating service reports.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of transportation experience, with strong computer skills and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Your Opportunity, Your Team Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Transportation Coordinator supports all inbound and outbound load plans for the distribution center. The Transportation Coordinator monitors all site related traffic activities to ensure compliance with corporate transportation's strategic goals and assures that freight is handled expediently with fiscal responsibility.
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Suffolk, VA daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Communicates and coordinates movements of equipment to the yard drivers for the different departments. Monitor and record cube use through established base lines of cost per unit. Record and transmit data to multiple USPS/UPS hubs to ensure accurate forecasting arrival and departure information. Prepare and publish weekly and monthly service reports for all areas of outbound and inbound shipments. These include the UPS line haul, RTV shipments, cost avoidance, show control, in bound trailer aging, and prepaid/collect freight concerns.
