MITER Brands is seeking an experienced team member to support our Transportation and Logistics / Supply Chain Group. The role involves supporting various departments beyond Supply Chain, including EHS and Finance. Compensation depends on education and experience. MITER is a leading manufacturer of fenestration products in the U.S., with operations across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide vehicle programs, coordinating with providers such as Holman, Enterprise, Ryder, and Penske.
• Prepare tax compliance reports, including IFTA documentation, using data from 3PL providers.
• Track vehicle mileage and key fleet metrics.
• Support setup and maintenance of delivery parameters within MITER's ERP systems.
• Assist Finance with documentation for audits and reporting.
• Handle vehicle registrations, renewals, updates, and compliance with DMV; monitor MVRs.
• Oversee insurance reporting, maintain accident investigation documentation.
• Manage toll and fuel programs for sales and service teams.
• Act as Power of Attorney (POA) and Notary as needed.
• Coordinate with legal on insurance and accident issues.
• Support fixed asset register for leased vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

• Deep product knowledge of PGT/MITER offerings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in transportation or fleet operations.
• Familiarity with PGT/MITER organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Active Notary Public and POA preferred or ability to obtain.
• Alignment with MITER principles.
