This is a Full-Time 40-Hours Weekly position with the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration's Fleet and Travel Management Division. For more information on the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration, please visit https://boa.sd.gov/fleet-travel/default.aspx.
Fleet & Travel Management manages approximately 3,300 light-duty vehicles for the state of South Dakota; approximately 500 of these are motor pool vehicles. This position schedules and monitors maintenance and repair work for vehicles in a motor pool, maintains vehicle reports and recommends the use of all vehicles. This position will also work with a large, diverse group of customers and will help to facilitate their motor pool transportation needs.
This position is primarily an office environment but the successful candidate will be required to assist with minor vehicle maintenance and snow removal.
