The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating our transportation needs and ensuring that our vehicles are properly maintained while adhering to regulations and budgets.

Schedule: 11am-7pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities Include
  • Monitors communications between vehicle drivers and transportation office.
  • Prepares accident and injury reports in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assigns all extra routes using appropriate guidelines as determined by the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Manage and coordinate the dispatching of vehicles and equipment.
  • Manage and maintain driver and vehicle records.
  • Monitor and coordinate the truck check in process.
  • Serve as key point of contact between drivers and customer service.
  • Must be flexible with schedule.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate will have
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in transportation or related fields .
  • Communication skills to deliver clear instructions and relay information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional knowledge in Supply Chain.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $23.00-$25.00/hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
