Job summary

Imperial Brady in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead driver operations and route planning. The role schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am to finish. You will create DQ files, manage DOT audits, and establish efficient routes.

You will work with RoadNet, maintain high service levels, and foster strong driver and customer relationships. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in transportation; CDL A is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work.
• Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes.
• Experience with DQ file compliance.
• Knowledge of the LOCAL AREA.
• RoadNet experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
• Manage Department of Transportation (DOT) audits.
• Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction.
• Utilize RoadNet to ensure delivery costs are held to company run rates.
• Optimize routing schedules with strong emphasis on driver safety.
• Foster excellent relationships with the drivers and customers.
• Monitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes.

You Will

• Create and manage Driver Qualification (DQ) files
• Manage Department of Transportation (DOT) audits

• Utilize Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to the company-expected run rates
• Optimize routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety
• Cultivate excellent relationships with the drivers and customers
• Monitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes to maintain timely deliveries

You Have

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience
• Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes
• Experience with DQ file compliance
• Knowledge of the LOCAL AREA
• Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience with RoadNet is a plus
• Safe Drive experience is a plus
• CDL A is a plus
