Job summary

Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Transportation/Patient Care Coordinator to provide transportation for patients to and from the facility for pre-scheduled appointments and help organize and direct patients' daily activities.

In this role you will report van maintenance problems, maintain the van log, keep a clean environment, and collaborate with the Department Director and staff to address patient care issues daily.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: One (1) year of transportation services experience preferred. Priority given to applicants with experience transporting patients.
• Licensure: Must maintain a valid as required for transportation of patients.
• Certifications: Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
