Job summary

Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Transportation/Patient Care Coordinator to provide transportation for patients to and from the facility for pre-scheduled appointments and to help organize and direct patients' daily activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining the van log and vehicle safety, ensuring a clean patient environment, and coordinating with the Department Director to address patient care issues daily.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of transportation services experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid license as required for transportation of patients.
• CPR and Handle With Care certifications; may be obtained during orientation.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience: One (1) year of transportation services experience preferred. Priority given to applicants with experience transporting patients.

Licensure: Must maintain a valid as required for transportation of patients.

Certifications: Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
