Beacon Mobility is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to supervise 30-60 drivers, communicate route information, and ensure drivers have resources for their tours of duty. You will log calls, answer questions, and coordinate schedules across regions while maintaining professional relations with clients and staff.
The role requires strong organizational skills, a safe driving record, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook, Google Chrome, and Android tablets.
Van Pool Transportation LLCTransportation Coordinators are responsible for communicating route information to their drivers and ensuring they have the resources necessary to succeed at their tours of duty. Their main duties include logging each call, providing answers to questions by retrieving information from the necessary departments and supervising the field units’ routes to prioritize and organize their schedules.
Pay rate: $25/hour M-F 9 hrs scheduled from 5:30am to 6pm
