Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer internal/external calls and register visitors.
• Guide drivers through security and exit checklists.
• Dispatch trailer moves and maintain inventory/location records.
• Submit quality issue notifications and document interactions daily.
• Perform end-of-shift pass-downs to Security and prepare daily logs.
• Inspect vehicles daily and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain records, files, and equipment lists as required.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisor and assist as needed.
