Qualifications

• Education: a high school diploma, GED, or technical school with at least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Licenses: a valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge: safe driving, fluent English, ability to work independently, strong time management, and proficiency with two-way and emergency radio systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by telephone, email, and in-person while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Maintain a comprehensive daily shift log and share key information with the security guard at the end of the shift.
• Record, document, and enter data for trailer moves and update related records.
• Manage inventory and location records for finished goods and trailers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to your supervisor for timely resolution.
