Freese and Nichols in Oklahoma City is seeking a Transportation Construction Representative to observe and inspect transportation, water, and facilities projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. You will guide other construction representatives and support project managers.

This role requires a high school diploma plus 10+ years in construction as a rep or inspector, with proficiency in PMIS (e-Builder, Buzzsaw, FNI Manager, Site Manager) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree preferred in a related field.
• CCM preferred and DOT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect ongoing construction to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Oversee construction record keeping and review payments & change orders; prepare daily reports.
• Assist with preconstruction meetings, progress checks, and conflict resolution.
• Provide information to project/construction managers on change orders and extra work.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Read plans and specifications to ensure project alignment with documents.

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Transportation Construction Representative to join our Central Plains Construction team in Oklahoma City . The Construction Representative will be responsible for observing construction on a variety of transportation, water and/or facilities infrastructure projects to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
