• Proficient with project management software such as e-Builder, Buzzsaw, or Site Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect ongoing construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Oversee construction record keeping and review change orders; prepare daily reports.
• Assist with preconstruction meetings, progress checks, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to address extra work and change orders.
