Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in managing construction teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, completion, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues and establish customer relationships.
• Accurate forecasting of costs and ensuring safety and QA/QC plans.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
• Review schedules, projections, and cost-to-complete.
