The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Manager for our Transportation division in Miami, FL. You will lead multi-discipline teams, control costs, and ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in client relations and contract issues.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, and supervision
• Oversee project startup through close-out
• Develop strategies for personnel development and recruiting
• Manage contractual issues and stakeholder relations
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Forecast costs and track cost to complete
• Lead project team and resolve issues
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control plans
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals
• Review schedules and financial projections
