Description

Fisher Associates is seeking Transportation Construction Inspectors for PennDOT, PA Turnpike projects, and municipal highway and bridge projects throughout Districts 1, 9, 10, 11 & 12.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting on-site inspections to ensure construction activities meet approved plans, specifications, and codes.
• Maintaining detailed inspection records, reports, and photographs.
• Communicating findings and coordinating with contractors and project teams.
• Monitoring safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

• NICET Certification or equivalent experience with PennDOT.
• Preferred certifications include PennDOT Concrete Certification and NECEPT Asphalt Certification.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate construction sites.
• Environmental exposure to dust, noise, and weather conditions.
