Stanley Consultants is seeking a Transportation Construction Services Engineer-In-Training 1 for our Chicago, IL office to pursue a career in transportation construction engineering with IL DOT experience. You will work with senior staff on roadways, bridges, arterials, freeways, and interchanges, gaining exposure to a broad range of transportation projects.

The role emphasizes documentation, reporting, and coordination with contractors, owners, and internal teams, with opportunities for growth

Qualificações

• Requires a four-year degree in civil engineering.
• Experience in engineering or construction preferred.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with team members.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain documentation of daily construction site activities.
• Prepare reports and coordinate progress meetings with contractor and owner.
• Manage shop drawing review process and resolve contractor questions.
• Ensure quality of work and timely completion.
• Maintain client communications and assist with marketing and proposals.
