Job summary

POM Wonderful, part of The Wonderful Company, is seeking a Transportation Dispatcher to support day-to-day operations. You will interface with internal and external customers, dispatch loads to carriers, and manage the end-to-end transportation process.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and proficiency with Oracle WMS/TMS. Willingness to work evenings/weekends is preferred. Base pay is $21/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent attendance required.
• Clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Advanced computer skills, Oracle WMS and Oracle TMS preferred.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with strong problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of DOT trucking regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to carriers and brokers.
• Oversee transportation from shipping docks to customer location.
• Monitor and report driver issues and weather events.
• Collaborate with sales, shipping, claims and other departments to resolve transport issues.
• Ensure trucks are checked in and have correct pickup numbers.
• Participate in CarrierScorecarding and drive KPIs.
