Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or coordinating with 3rd-party carriers.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a 3PL setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan Full Truckload (TL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments to maximize efficiency.
• Execute track and trace protocols to monitor shipments.
• Build vendor relationships via phone, text, and Teams with 3rd-party carriers and suppliers.
• Perform essential general office, administrative, and clerical duties to keep the transportation hub running smoothly.
